Job Title: US Defense Finance Analyst
Duration: 12 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46225
Pay Rate: $37.00 – $39.41 Hourly
JOB SUMMARY:
Hybrid role.
As a US Defence Finance Analyst, your key accountabilities will include:
Financial Performance Reporting:
– Pull data together to assist in the analysis of the financial results at the end of each AP in accordance with regional and sector timelines
– Assist in tracking and analysis of costs on Projects within Defence Services
– Assist in research of variances between actual results and forecasted results in Defence Services.
Budgeting and forecasting:
– Support budgeting, Annual Target Setting, In-Year Forecasts and other forecasts as required based on guidance from the Program and Financial Controller.
Business support:
– Research Costs postings to help program with analysis of the project costs, pulling data from SAP and other sources as needed
Ad hoc:
– Assists with ad hoc projects to support the business in finance and/or cross-functional business process improvement teams.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Business or Finance and 4+ years experience in Business or Finance, or
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and 0-1 year of experience in Business or Finance
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working as a business or financial analyst in a large corporation
